| The GC and many other local NFPs share a mission to do what we can to help unfortunate situations. And do we did! It occurred to us that so many unsung community service heroes stepped up to the plate in these last few chaotic years. Thankfully our community is filled with well-known groups and individuals who always step up and are always acknowledged, but there are scores of people behind the scenes who are real stars and are not publicly known or recognized. Thus my idea for tonight’s reception to honor just a handful of these unsung heroes.
