Steve Shapiro and Mike Raimondi of Rolling Thunder were our guest speakers.
Rolling Thunder’s major function is to publicize the POW-MIA issue. To educate the public of the fact that many American prisoners of war were left behind after all past wars. To help correct the past and to protect the future veterans from being left behind should they become Prisoners Of War/Missing In Action. We are committed to helping American veterans from all wars. Rolling Thunder, Inc. is a non-profit organization and everyone donates his or her time because they believe in the POW/MIA issue.

See details below for details of our special May meeting. Please RSVP to Evelyn if you plan to attend.

Copies of our book “Learning About Giving” will be available for sale at our next meeting. The price of $10 per copy will help to cover the printing cost.

In addition, if you received a gift for the holidays that you would like to pass along, please contact us. We are looking for new items we can use for our Fundraising events.
We get inquiries for teens looking to score service hours to satisfy school requirements. We have been recommending the students organize a collection of food (cereal, granola bars, fruit cups) to be used for our Food Insecurity initiatives.

Students can create flyers, host the collection and deliver to the recipient for their service credit.
Please contact us for a list of items needed.
